Good, quick read. Finished it in maybe less than an hour. I do sort of wish Unlocked
was longer, though it hit all the right notes and struck a good balance between light-hearted and angst (the latter of which is a necessary evil in such a plot, but one I welcomed). The pacing was understandably hasty, but it never felt clumsy, or like rushing along without noticing the finer details.
Still, I would have liked to see those first few months Elaine and Evan attempted friendship almost as much as I wanted to see them end up together. Yes, he was in love with her the whole time, but it's not often in these books that you see genuine friendship between a man and a woman.
